Job Title: Development and Commissioning Manager
Location: County Hall (Currently working from home)
Salary Range: £43,857 progressing to £46,845 pa
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Fixed term (or secondment) for 18 months

We are seeking to appoint a Development and Commissioning Manager to develop policy and processes needed to support the implementation of specific areas of universal and preventative services to ensure improved outcomes for children, through the leadership and management of complex projects.
As part of the Early Help Commissioning team, you will have experience working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders including Schools, Local School Partnerships, Family centres, Service providers, Health Providers and families to develop and deliver policy.
You can demonstrate the ability to monitor and evaluate the impact of services and how they contribute to delivering outcomes for children and families and how these impact on
Hertfordshire County Council’s responsibilities for universal and preventative services.
