About Impact

Impact is the name of the Secondary Pupil Referral Unit within Sefton. We feel our school name reflects our commitment to inclusion.

Our school aims to engender a sense of community and belonging, and to offer new opportunities to learners who may have experienced previous difficulties by responding to learners in ways which take account of their varied life experiences and needs.

About the Role

A pupil referral unit educates the most challenging children and these positions will provide a unique opportunity for the right candidates to enter or side step into working within a school environment.

Following a successful Ofsted in January 2020, we are keen to continue our journey to outstanding by appointing two Administrator posts.

Previous administrative experience, attention to detail or ability to organise your own work will be a distinct advantage in these roles. Previous experience of using SIMS and FMS is not essential however previous knowledge of other MIS or database systems paired with a passion for administration are far more important. No two days are ever the same at Impact and our work is varied, busy and non stop.

These roles are challenging and rewarding, working with a committed team determined to give the pupils the help and support they need to achieve.

Please see our job descriptions for further details about both roles and explain to us in your application what skills, experience and knowledge you can bring to the post you are applying for.
