The starting salary for this role is £21,943 per annum, working 36 hours per week.
The vacancies are based in the CFAT offices at Quadrant Court, Guildford Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7QQ.
We currently have two Administration Assistant vacancies within the Client Financial Affairs Team. The Client Financial Affairs Team is a frontline service within Adult Social Care responsible for managing the finances of people who lack the capacity to manage their own financial affairs. The team is based in Quadrant Court, Woking but operates countywide, working closely with colleagues across Adult Social Care.
The caseload of the team is high with circa 700-800 people being supported by the team at any one time and a significant amount of turnover of cases.
The Administration Assistant in the Client Financial Affairs Team is a key role in the Client Financial Affairs Team responsible for providing an efficient administrative support service to enable smooth running of day-to-day activities. This is a great opportunity to learn about what it means to work for adult social care and many of our previous administrative assistants have gone on to more senior roles in the adult social care service.
You will often be the first point of contact for people wishing to speak with the Client Financial Affairs Team.
