We have an opportunity for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and authoritative individual to join our school as a Cover Supervisor.  The ideal candidate will be required to manage a classroom environment ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set by absent teachers.  You will also be responsible for supervising the 6th Form Study Area to ensure that students are using the area effectively. The post will be ideal for anyone looking to gain experience in teaching or someone considering a career working with young people.


Highams Park School is a very successful co-educational 11-18 mixed Academy converter comprehensive school. We have a strong culture of good behaviour and achievement, and the successful candidate would be expected to promote these values in their daily work.
