More about the role:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator to join our fast paced team.

First Response provides a single front door to people who may have care and support needs.  Working with families, local communities, and system wide partners, we aim to support people during crisis and/or enhance the health and wellbeing through targeted support.

First Response provides information, advice and guidance and where appropriate can also provide a short-term intervention, to support and empower individuals to reach their potential.  If someone presents with a long term or complex need, they will be supported through First Response to either the Adults Service or Older Adults Service. We work closely with our Hospital Discharge Service colleagues to provide a cohesive front door to the Local Authority.

The Team Administrator will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the team by providing a confidential, professional and compassionate administrative function to ensure our customers receive a high-quality service.

The successful candidate will be confident in using Microsoft Office software, be experienced in carrying out administration within a team setting and will demonstrate effective communication, organisation and record keeping skills. If this sounds like you, then we would like to hear from you!
