Data Analyst - Asset Management

£34,968 per annum | Permanent | 35 hours per week | Hybrid

If you have strong analytical and advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as, experience in using and enjoying Databases, then we want to hear from you!

 

What you will be doing… you will lead on the analysis, updating and reporting of the property services database on stock condition, compliance, asset data and the repairs service, as well as implement the Asset Management system where required.

You will develop and co-ordinate the stock condition survey programmes and produce reports highlighting the outcomes relating to Decent Homes and future planning as well as produce key reports that will shape and inform THCH’s long term investment programme.

You will assist in the delivery of a high quality and customer focused repairs service and implement controls to manage data quality and integrity.

 

What we require of you... you will have experience working with complex databases, inputting, and managing data system as well as producing quality reports.

You will have good understanding of SAP energy data and developing programmes of improvement works.

You have strong data analytical skills, are detail oriented as well as able to translate large amounts of complex data into meaningful reports. You possess a good understanding of statistical concepts are eager to learn and able to priorities.

You are a confident communicator who can adapt their approach to various stakeholders.
