This new role reporting to our Customer Services Manager offers an exciting and rewarding opportunity. We are looking for customer-focused individuals with a high level of drive determination to help us achieve excellence in our handling of customer complaints across the Organisation.
In addition to a proven background of working in front line customer services, and experience of customer complaint handling, you will have:-
- excellent administration, organisation and communication skills
- the ability to analyse information and make informed decisions within appropriate procedural and policy frameworks
