Social Worker (Experienced level) - Adolescent Team

As a social worker in our Adolescent Team, you will be working alongside youth mentors and early help workers to deliver intensive interventions designed to safeguard and protect vulnerable young people facing a range of difficulties and challenges.

Reporting directly to a Team Manager, you will benefit from regular individual and group supervision.  You will also be supported to develop your skills and expertise at every stage of your career.

A relevant social work qualification together with Social Work England registration is essential. You should also have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience and are passionate and committed to helping us achieve our vision for all children, young people and families in Medway.

In return for your commitment, we are proud to offer an excellent benefits package including a market premia payment of £2,500 per annum (paid in 12 equal payments) and a retention payment of £3,000 per annum (paid after 1 year’s continuous service with Medway).
