More about the role:
To support the Assistant Estates Management Officer, Estates Management Officers and Estates Management Team Leader in achieving the council’s priorities and objectives. The role will be the lead officer for all administrative duties for the Estates Management Team and assist in dealing with Voids, initial reports of anti social behaviour and nuisance on the estate, and ensuring the council’s estates are well managed and maintained. You will support the Estates Management officers in all administrative aspects of tenancy enforcement, safety and maintenance of estates, including tenancy fraud issues and community matters, including the operation and promotion of customer care practices and sustainable tenure. Also provide high quality and pro active administrative support to the team.
The person will be an advocate of our strong customer values, demonstrating an inclusive and engaging style of working, and able to work collaboratively to deliver clear outcomes, designed to enhance the customer service we provide.

You will be able to stay calm and focused under pressure and in volatile situations.
Ideally you will be educated to ‘O’ Level /GCSE standard, but equally important are the skills you already have and the experience you can bring to the role, alongside your willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands and manage your time.
