ICT 1st Line Support Technician

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT professional to join our team. You will play a vital role supporting all our colleagues by delivering an effective and efficient first line response service. This will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to users
  • Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365 and Remote access.
  • Testing, monitoring, maintaining and supporting ICT network infrastructure in accordance with ITIL framework procedures
  • Hardware and Software installations, upgrades and system backup management.
  • Supporting the maintenance and monitoring of corporate ICT hardware and software inventories

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer-focussed organisation, providing ICT and technical support to users to resolve problems along with knowledge and experience of using a range of application software.

You will have an effective communication style enabling you to provide appropriate support to stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge and confidence, good problem solving skills and an organised approach to work which allows you to prioritise in a busy environment.
