We are looking to recruit a number of ready to work Gym Instructors to join our team and work flexibly across our leisure facilities. . The ideal candidate will be customer focused with a passion for health and fitness as well as providing a high level of service whilst encouraging customers to participate in the wide range of facilities and activities on offer within Invigor8 Leisure Centres. 

Gym Instructors are responsible  for undertaking individual and group fitness inductions, providing programmes and guidance along with  giving prospective members a tour of the facilities including guidance on the type of membership category best suited to their needs. Gym Instructors are responsible for Health and Safety in the Fitness Suite in accordance to the Normal and Emergency Operating Procedures.

The successful candidate will be qualified to (a minimum) Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing. They will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of enthusiasm and commitment and have experience of dealing with the public.

The successful candidates will be required to work across a number of facilities with working hours to include evenings and weekends.
