Working across the frontline social care teams for all care groups there is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with a Technology Enabled Care Service based in Central Bedfordshire to shape the TEC offer and improve outcomes for people supported by Adult Social Care.

This is an interesting role for someone with an interest and excitement about working with new technology to improve people’s lives.

This is a Senior Practitioner role leading and supporting practitioners with the benefits of using TEC in optimising support and independence to people with care and support needs. You will be assisting the Team Managers in the development of an effective and confident workforce, promoting TEC services and training.

You will have skills that help us achieve the delivery of excellent person-centred approaches. You will value sound evidence-based practice and understand that best practice results in best value. You will know the importance of; enabling people to be supported to be as independent as possible for as long as possible and having a strong connection with local services and communities and use this understanding and motivation to enhance the CBC TEC offer and delivery.

You must be a registered and experienced practitioner in one of the following professions:

Social Work/OT/Nursing and have HCPC/SWE/NMC registration.

You need to be able to travel around the county independently and be able to work in the community covering the Central Bedfordshire region.
