The council is pursuing a far-reaching transformation agenda that better meets the needs of our community so it is an exciting time to join us.

You will manage a caseload, carrying out housing inspections, surveys and provide accurate reports after each visit. You will ensure that properties and their landlords comply with relevant legislations and taking enforcement action.

The Person
Do you have experience in dealing with HMOs, other private property enforcement, civil penalties and licensing, housing conditions inspections, health and safety (HHSRS) assessments, as well as experience in managing cases involving landlords and tenants?

Have you got the ability to work effectively both on your own, within a team and across regulatory agencies?

Do you possess excellent oral and written communication skills?

Are you able to effectively prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines?

If so, we welcome your application! To discuss the role please contact Tony Jemmott, Private Housing Manager, 020 8937 2377 or email
