Admin Support Officer

Job Title: Admin Support Officer (COVID)
Location: Countywide
Salary Range: £19,698 progressing to £20,903 pa (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Permanent

Job Duties:

The Public Health team is still very busy responding to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as dealing with business as usual.  We are looking to recruit three Admin Support Officers to provide support on a wide range of tasks including:

  • Meeting management and accurate minute taking
  • Effective email triage
  • Database management
  • General admin support to the wider Public Health Team.

You will be part of a small friendly Business Support team, splitting your time between general administration tasks for the team as well as providing support around the outbreak response to Covid-19. 

You will have business support experience (or transferrable skills), particularly the ability to demonstrate effective and efficient meeting support and accurate note taking.  You will also have excellent communication and IT skills. Experience of working in a busy role and dealing with confidential and sensitive information would also be beneficial.

These roles are for a permanent contract. Interviews will be taking place as soon as possible and will involve a pre-interview skills test.
