Homeowner Sales Service Executive

Peabody Homeowner Sales Services team require a Sales executive to lead in the processing of  lease extension and equity loans applications.


The  candidate must have thorough lease extension and Equity Loan knowledge.  The  the role will involve communicating with leaseholders, surveyors and solicitors and other stakeholders.  


We are looking for someone who is methodical, has great communicative skills and who is a great team player.

The candidate will already have knowledge of Northgate and or similar housing systems.
