About the role

This is an opportunity to join the Housing Adaptations team, an integrated team of Occupational Therapists (OT) and technical officers delivering major housing adaptations in council homes and the private sector.

In this role you will be providing technical expertise and advice, carrying out surveys of council and private sector homes to determine feasibility, the costing of recommended schemes,  preparing scale drawings in appropriate cases and documentation for Building Regulation and Planning approval as necessary.  You will be monitoring works in progress, working with a Framework of specialist contractors, with a  commitment to ensuring best value  and excellent customer care.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
