Team Manager (Family Placement Team)

There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to join our Family Placement Fostering Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, dedicated, inspirational and creative, and looking to make their mark to provide quality services to children and young people, to support and promote stable placements and keep children safe from harm.

We are a small team looking to develop the work we do and have recently re-organised our Fostering Service as part of Wokingham’s transformation programme, we have secured DfE funding to progress the implementation of the Mockingbird Model.

A Social Work qualification and prior experience of working in a family placement team is essential to perform this job role.
