We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Management team. You must be enthusiastic with the ability to oversee the day to day running of the supported Living service we offer to adults with a learning disability, ensuring that People are supported in an environment that promotes independence and self advocacy. Good communication skills, both written and verbal are required; you will be liaising with social workers and families and other professionals involved with the People we support. You will be responsible for supervising staff, leading meetings and contributing to the ongoing assessment process across the service. You will also be expected to undertake other management duties.
You will be required to work flexibly within the service and will be required to work across both services. You must be able to undertake shift work and work weekends. It is essential that you have a NVQ or QCF Level 3 qualification in care. It is also essential that you have good IT Skills.
