Willowtree provides a range of support services for young people aged 8 years to 18 years with complex learning and physical disabilities including residential care , shared care, and short breaks. Willowtree is going through an exciting period of development with a service expansion and we are looking for 4 x 30 hour Night Care Assistants to join the existing long standing team .

In this role you will be required to support young people with complex needs throughout the night, working with a team of Night Care Assistants to meet their individual needs. Full induction and training will be offered to successful candidates

This role attracts enhanced rates for nights worked including time and a third for each night, weekend enhancement and bank holiday pay with a day in lieu.
