Working as one of our front line Anti Social Behaviour Officers, you will take the lead on  tackling and reducing anti-social behaviour across the borough, dealing with behaviour that has an impact on the wider community and making a positive difference to the lives of residents in Welwyn Hatfield.

As a  tenure neutral service, we work with a wide range of partners and very closely the Police to safeguard individuals and reduce the risk of harm to the community. Delivering an excellent service and supporting the most vulnerable residents is at the heart of what we do.

About you

As a motivated and dedicated officer with demonstrable experience of dealing with both low level and complex anti-social behaviour casework, you will:

  • Be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Have a pragmatic and flexible approach in all aspects of your work.
  • Have a problem-solving approach to addressing anti-social behaviour.
