Project Manager - Adult Social Care
This full-time post is offered on a 2 year fixed term basis.

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Adult Social Care as a Project Manager. You will work closely with the Service Manager to deliver transformational projects and internal process development. You will be comfortable with prioritising project plans which deliver to tight deadlines. Collaborating with other teams and managers, you will be competent at communicating with a range of stakeholders and co-ordinating with them to implement change.
This role provides an opportunity to support with the implementation of national statutory changes such as Adult Social Care Charging Reform. It also provides an opportunity to work within a supportive workplace and contribute to improving service delivery for our citizens.
