About the role:
In this role, you will work collectively with colleagues to ensure Children's Services is making Wirral great for children, young people, and their families. You will provide efficient administrative support and be responsible for, in accordance with corporate policies, administrations of financial reporting, collation of information, communications and auditing procedures in support of the delivery of statutory requirements across the service. You will promote an ethos of a high level of customer service to all key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
About the candidate:
We are looking for someone who is well organised, who can manage their time efficiently and is passionate in supporting the smooth running of the service.
The successful candidate will have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or have equivalent administrative experience, have experience of basic data input entry to business support systems and extrapolation with an understanding of confidentiality requirements. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a customer service or office environment and will be able to work to deadlines. Financial and budget management experience is necessary and experience using Liquid Logic/Info View or other relevant databases.
Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our employees/residents/customers to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
