An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Officer - Land Charges Address Management in our Planning Development Business Unit.  The post will be primarily dealing with the delivery of our land charges service although the successful candidate will be required to cover street naming and numbering and address management functions.

We are looking for a dynamic person who is customer focussed with good IT and communication skills, can work independently as well as part of a team and manage their own workload and time to meet tight deadlines with an excellent attention to detail. You will also need to adapt to changing priorities alongside an ability to engage and work with others to effect positive change for users of the service.

In 2021, the Council successfully migrated our local land charges service to HM Land Registry (HMLR) central digital register.  The post is integral to the ongoing partnership between us and HMLR, ensuring the register is maintained and updates provided on a daily.  Priorities also include our commitment to deliver and continually improve our service.
