Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team at Rivermead Inclusive Trust. You will act as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, carrying out general reception duties and provide administration support to the Trust.  

The successful candidate will be discrete, warm and have excellent communication skills and a sense of humour. They must have a strong work ethic, be able to prioritise and work on their own initiative. Microsoft Office computer skills are essential, and knowledge of SIMS would be desirable, although training will be given to the successful candidate if required. 

Offer of employment is subject to a satisfactory Reference and Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure and Health Declaration.
