Corporate and Executive Support Administrator

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude to provide administrative support as part of our Corporate and Executive Support Team.

  • Good Standard of education including English and Mathematics
  • A motivated individual, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A strong communicator able to relate to a wide range of people in our community
  • Good IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and bespoke databases
  • Excellent customer service is at the heart of what you do, so a positive, friendly attitude is essential.
  • Able to balance an ever changing workload, whilst keeping to deadlines

About the role…

As the Corporate and Executive Support Administrator, your main role will be providing administrative support to corporate projects. Other duties include:

  • Reformatting documents and cover for the post & reprographics service.
  • Support a variety of teams with day to day administration duties including correspondence, diary management, arranging meetings and room booking.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, service users and partners who are seeking support and advice from the Council.
  • Assist with the collation and monitoring of information, data processing and production of reports as appropriate to the service area.

We have two positions available. One permanent and one fixed term for up to 12 months. Please indicate which position you are interested in, in your application.
