Care Support Worker

To support adults with a learning disability within their home with their day to day needs.
We are looking for people who are positive, kind and caring and be focussed on encouraging choice, self-worth and supporting our customers to get out and about enjoying some new experiences.

We have full and part time, permanent Care Support Worker role within Basildon, Rayleigh and Laindon. Supporting customers within the community, or within their own homes. 

This includes an element of personal care (prompting with intimate personal care, help prepare food, support administration of medication) and a successful candidate will need to be flexible enough to work across a 24/7 rota,  Example of shift patterns; 7am - 2:30pm, 14.30-22.00, 09.00-16.30, 10.00-17.30, 11.00-18.30, 22.00-07.00. or smaller shifts available.
