Camden Learning is looking for a PSHE adviser to support Secondary schools with high quality advice, guidance, support and training to continue to improve PSHE provision and contribute to improving pupil’s health and wellbeing.
About Camden Learning
Camden Learning is a local partnership set up for the benefit of children and schools. It is a joint enterprise set up between Camden schools and Camden council. We bring teachers, headteachers and other education practitioners together, to share expertise, drive improvement and develop excellent practice.
We are looking for someone with proven successful experience of teaching or leading PSHE and the skills to provide excellent and impactful support to a range of school staff, including PSHE Coordinators, teaching and support staff, senior leaders and governors.
The postholder will be part of the Health and Wellbeing Team in Camden Learning, based at Camden Council offices in 5 Pancras Square, NC1 4AX
To be considered for this exciting post it is essential that you possess a degree level qualification or professional qualification relevant to the post. You will have substantial experience of leading and/or teaching high quality PSHE and providing support to staff to improve PSHE practice, alongside excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about PSHE and the contribution it can make to improving young people’s health and wellbeing, have experience of working with a wide range of staff in secondary schools to improve PSHE provision and be able to innovate and collaborate with others.
