Digital Solutions is a print service, based at Shute End. We provide a quick and tailored printing, scanning and design service for the organisation. By offering advice and guidance, we work closely with all departments, looking for the best possible solutions as a business.

Digital Solutions Scanning, a part of Digital Solutions, was established in order to centralise the scanning and indexing of documents. Through streamlining of the processes, it is a key enabler in the efficiency of the Customer journey, providing the main feed into the council's document management system (Information@Work).

Digital Solutions also manage the brand of WBC, making sure the design is consistent, and in line with the agreed standards. We work closely with the CEM (Communications, Engagement and Marketing) team to deliver effective borough-wide communication.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new Case Owner, with a working knowledge of the MS Office suite of packages. The role will be working as part of the Digital Solutions team Support and mentoring will be provided.

An excellent communicator, you should be customer focused, able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities. We are looking for people with highly developed customer service skills who are passionate about efficiency and delivery of Council services.

If this is you and you are interested in working in a busy environment, knowing that what you do contributes to making a difference, then we want to hear from you.

Wokingham Borough Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff, other workers and volunteers to share this commitment.
Wokingham is an equal opportunities employer.
