Case Management Team Leader (Place)

Folkestone & Hythe is a dynamic and innovative place to live, work and visit. While our modern offices are based in the heart of Folkestone, with easy access to transport links, local shops, entertainment facilities and the seafront, we have an agile working culture that supports and encourages flexible and home working where possible. Recognised by Best Companies as an outstanding organisation to work for, we have a real focus on staff engagement, health & wellbeing and staff development, and offer an excellent benefits package that includes corporate membership and reward schemes, Employee Assistance Programme and access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.

We are current seeking an enthusiastic and self-motived team leader to join our Case Management Team. While this is a team that supports a range of council functions, the post will focus primarily on delivering an effective administrative support function to our housing service.

You will assist the Case Management Lead in the continuous improvement of the service in line with the council’s Corporate Plan, playing an instrumental role in the shaping and implementing new processes, and ensuring the provision of a professional and helpful service to both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in an administrative environment, of consistently achieving performance targets, and of effectively prioritising and managing a varying workload. But above all else, if you have a demonstrable focus for improving and streamlining processes, excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplined team, then we want to hear from you.

The closing date for receipt of all completed supporting statements is 12.00 noon on Wednesday 28th September.
