Maternity Cover - Band C
36 hours per week - 39 weeks per year
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and confident receptionist to be part of our administration team. Successful candidate will work at our lower site, school reception. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, be efficient, organised and have excellent customer care skills. Will be the professional face of the school and as such, should have a welcoming and professional manner.
In addition, the post holder should possess a flexible approach to working and be able to demonstrate initiative. Candidates should understand the importance of confidentiality and clarity. They also need to be organised, capable of managing a dynamic administration area and be able to keep calm under pressure. Must have good administrative and IT skills. A knowledge of Scholar Pack, IPal and ParentPay would be advantageous, but not essential. Full induction will be provided.
Please note: Hours of work are 8am - 3.42pm (30-minute lunch) Monday to Friday, term time only, including INSET days.
