Are you a Communications or Web professional looking to develop your web and form design skills?
We are looking for a web support officer based in the Communications Team, to help achieve our digital transformation goals, and to help us maintain our highly accessible and current website.
You will be passionate about website user-centred design and be able to write clearly and concisely, have an eye for detail, and enjoy a challenge. We’re looking for someone to:
•Work proactively with services across the council to design and develop online forms for our customers which comply with both data protection and web accessibility legislation
•Support the web channel by ensuring content is accessible, current and clear
•Take responsibility for our Customer Services - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for our Customer Services Team
•Provide support for our intranet
We’re looking for an excellent communicator who understands form design and who has some web experience. This role offers lots of opportunities for the right candidate to develop and make their mark. It’s an interesting and varied role where no two days are the same.
