Building on 40 years of delivering Control Centre services to the community, we are currently looking to recruit Control Centre Operators to join our team.
Working within the Older Persons Service the successful candidates will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a 24-hour service, managing calls from our sheltered and supported housing schemes, lifeline and telecare customers. In addition, the Control Centre provides council out of hours services, responding to a range of service requests including, housing repairs, homelessness and environmental health.
You will work 28 hours a week covering shifts over a 24hr period. Candidates will need to demonstrate a wide range of skills but most importantly excellent communication skills and initiative.
