The Neighbourhoods & Housing Service has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated Principal Surveyor to provide professional technical expertise to deliver major adaptations for residents in Hull to enable them to maintain independent living at home and improve private housing conditions.
It is a role which can make a real difference to the well-being of vulnerable residents. You will have a degree or equivalent level of experience, HND/HNC in Building Construction or similar and be able to evidence continuing professional development and/or membership of a professional body. You will lead and manage a team of housing surveyors and support staff, be customer focussed and promote continuous improvement to service delivery.
