There is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of residents in Hull. We are looking to recruit an excellent leader to lead the multi-disciplinary team delivering adaptations and financial assistance. You will need to be customer focused, enthusiastic and committed to providing a quality service for the benefit of all residents of Hull.
You will be managing housing surveyors; project officers; case workers; and service support staff to deliver Disabled Facilities Grants, Council housing adaptations, and financial assistance to vulnerable residents in the city to maintain independent living and/or deal with poor housing conditions and housing hazards. Implementing new ways of working will be key to the role therefore strong change and project management skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of partner agencies, contractors and service providers are also both key requirements.
