Winsford High Street Community Primary School is a large and vibrant primary school based on the High Street in Winsford. The Governors are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to work with our existing site team and ensure the efficient management of school premises.
The job is varied, managing all issues relating to the improvement, maintenance and security of school buildings and site and providing professional advice and regular reports to senior management. Previous school experience in a similar role and knowledge of health and safety requirements in a school setting are desirable. Applications from those with knowledge of a similar role in industry or with past experience in the Armed Forces are also welcome. The role will involve working on a shift basis between 7am and 7pm and occasionally split shifts may feature.
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to keeping the school a healthy, safe and pleasant environment and have a good manner with children, parents, colleagues and visitors. It is important to note that this is not a term time only position.
