SITE MANAGER REQUIRED
Band G salary scale £25,927.00 to £29,174.00
Full time 36 hours per week hours of work between 6.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. (to be discussed)

The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable and self-motivated person to join our outstanding school. Forming positive relationships and liaising with key staff is essential. The right candidate will be able to successfully lead a team and also work as part of a team with responsibility across 2 sites including Health & Safety, security, site management, cleaning and maintenance of the school and grounds to the highest possible standard, ensuring a safe environment for pupils, staff and visitors. Working and liaising with contractors will be important in order to support future projects and you will also be responsible for maintaining all property logs and statutory testing records. You will be expected to use your initiative and be flexible with a can-do attitude and have the capacity to problem solve in a calm and professional manner. The ability to be able to prioritise and identify tasks are important aspects of this role, which involves caretaking, janitorial, cleaning, a willingness to learn new skills along with a good understanding of health and safety requirements, opening/closing, routine repair work and maintenance services. Skills in DIY, general maintenance and computer skills are essential to this role.
