Who are we looking for?

Someone who can champion customer service for the organisation. We need someone who is a people person, someone confident to challenge and help to bring about change and improvements, always striving for us to deliver our promises. However, behind the scene, be able to analysis feedback and data and produce reports to a high level. This is an exciting role with many different hats, from high level regulatory responsibility to organising community events. For this you will need to be adaptable and an excellent organiser.

This role will be based from home and office working, but on site and external venues on occasion when running events.
