Bluebell Park is a school with a community of fantastic pupils who have a wide range of interests, abilities and additional needs (including severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, sensory impairments and autism).

We want the very best for our pupils so we are looking for a teacher who is creative, enthusiastic, hard working, organised, resilient with a good sense of humour. Candidates should be suitably qualified and have experience of working with pupils that have Complex Learning Difficulties, high medical needs and / or Autism.

This is an ideal opportunity for an aspiring middle leader to hone their skills in a supportive and forward thinking environment. We are particularly interested to hear from you if you feel you could lead Practical Living (Functional Science) across the school.

If you would like to join the Bluebell Park Team, candidates are invited to apply by application form together with a succinct letter (no more than 2 sides A4). Your letter of application should demonstrate how each aspect of the person specification is met.

If you are interested in the TLR role, please include an additional 1 page of A4 stating:

  • What practical knowledge you have of delivering the subject area
  • How you plan to develop your subject area
  • How you would contribute to outstanding teaching and learning
  • How you see your role as a middle leader in the school
