Where you live really matters. Your local community really matters. Building sustainable communities where residents feel safe and valued really matters. Would you like to be part of a team that makes that happen? If so, please read on…..!

This is an exciting opportunity for you to support the work of the team and to help actively engage and support our tenants and leaseholders so they can contribute their views to how we deliver our services. They will help shape policies which will impact them and bring around change for other issues affecting our communities.

This is a varied and diverse role, where you can make a difference. You will support and administer our engagement projects and initiatives. This will involve coordinating events, obtaining feedback through surveys, working with our partner agencies, and maintaining records of the engagement work undertaken in the community.

If you have experience of providing high levels of customer care, are a good, confident communicator with the ability to cope with a wide variety of situations as well as the ability to demonstrate excellent analytical, written and IT skills, this could be the role for you.
