Starting Salaries:

Level 9 £28,226 with the opportunity to progress to max £30,984 (Senior Community Care Officers)

Level 10 £31,895 with the opportunity to progress to max £35,336 (Social Workers / Occupational Therapists)

Level 11 £36,371 with the opportunity to progress to max £40,578 (Social Workers / Occupational Therapists)

We are recruiting 4 Perm EIV Practitioners - 3 x Full Time & 1 x Part Time

Qualifications: Occupational Therapist or Social Worker or applicants without a professional qualification are required to be experienced Community Adult Social Care practitioners with a QCF level 4 in health and social or equivalent

New Early Intervention Vehicle Service Hertfordshire Adult Social Care Services are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Occupational Therapists and Social Workers to work in the established Emergency Intervention Vehicle Service supporting Older People in East And North Hertfordshire.  

The Early Intervention Vehicle Service provides a 111 response to patients . The Early Intervention Vehicle Practitioners work in collaboration with Senior Paramedics / Emergency Care Practitioners to provide holistic assessments in emergency situations. The Early Intervention Vehicle Service takes positive risks and works creatively and flexibly to enable individuals to remain in their own home following an acute episode. Professionals have immediate access to assistive equipment and are expected to work closely with local health and social care services to promote longer term recovery.

This role is well suited to assertive professionals, looking for a unique challenge, with sound crisis assessment skills and a passion for working with clients to optimise their wellbeing in their own home.
