An enthusiastic and hardworking Level 3 Teaching Assistant is required to join our friendly and dedicated staff team.

The successful candidate will join a highly experienced and skilled team who work tirelessly to unlock potential for its pupils. Experience of working with children who often display challenging behaviour is essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate emotional intelligence and resilience when supporting young people to engage and close the gaps in their learning. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to work closely with teachers to support the preparation of resources. During lesson time, they will support pupils on a 1-1 basis or supervise small groups of pupils.
