Administrator

We currently have an opportunity for a part time Administrator working in Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Team to provide support to the Independent Reviewing Officers in the administration of child in care reviews.

You will be responsible for the setting up of children in care reviews, sending out documents before and after meetings, collating reports, updating and maintaining databases and ensuring that statutory deadlines are met.  You will also be required to minute multi professional meetings and subsequently distribute the minutes to involved parties, ensuring timescales are met.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with a high level of written and oral communication skills. You will be organised, willing to take responsibility, have experience of working with confidential information and the ability to work under pressure.

The team is based at the Shute End offices and whilst you will not be required to be in the office 5 days a week there is an expectation that you will work from the office at least 1 day a week.

If this is you and you are interested in working in a busy environment where no two days are the same, and knowing that what you do contributes to making a difference, then please apply or for an informal discussion please contact: emma.brannelly@wokingham.gov.uk

Closing date: 4th December 2022, 11pm.
