Berkshire Rough Sleeper Coordinator
- Job description
-
It is an exciting time to be joining the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, having recently adopted our Corporate Plan which sets out our priorities for the next five years. We also have a Housing Strategy and a Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategy which demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement and our ambitious plans to provide a range of housing support for our residents.
We are seeking a Berkshire Rough Sleeper Coordinator to work across the Berkshire region and support the work of the six unitary authorities to prevent rough sleeping. The successful applicant will develop strong relationships with key partners and will develop policies and procedures to ensure effective processes are in place to prevent rough sleeping, particularly after release from prison or discharge from hospital.
So, if you have advanced problem-solving skills and can sustain excellent working relationships with a range of partners, we would love to hear from you.
If you would like further information about the role, please contact Emma Congerton, Housing Service Manager at Emma.Congerton@rbwm.gov.uk.
