Now is an exciting time to join our outstanding school as we expand in order to better meet the demand for special school places in Swale. Ofsted recognise that relationships between our staff and pupils are exceptionally positive, and we are delighted that our pupils told inspectors they are very happy at the school and really enjoy their lessons.
We currently have vacancies suitable for candidates seeking a temporary contract.
We encourage all of our employees to further their career development and we respect initiative and ambition.

From all staff we expect commitment to the school and a desire to improve and excel. Further information about the responsibilities of the role, and the criteria we will use to select candidates, can be found in the attached job description and person specification.
