Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.15am to 3.45pm, inclusive of one 30-minute unpaid break.  39 weeks per year, term time plus inset days. 

Grade: APTC 5, Points 12 - 15     

Full Time Salary:  £27,807 p.a. Actual Pro Rata Salary £23,435 p.a., including 6.2 weeks paid holiday         

Contract:  Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible

We are looking for a capable and conscientious Administrator with excellent organisational and IT skills. This role is central to the working of the school pastoral team and is both challenging and rewarding.

The ideal candidate will have:

• experience of administrative work
• the ability to supervise pupils
• experience of leading a team of staff
• the ability to work under pressure
• excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• excellent interpersonal skills
• excellent communication skills
• a 'can do' attitude
