Customer Experience Assistant
You will respond to our customer enquiries via our contact centre on the phone and face to face, advising on a range of services that will include Council Tax and parking enquiries, Assembly Hall Theatre bookings, tourist information advice, assisting with library services, the delivery of events and many more.
To be successful you will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to advise customers across a broad range of Council and Amelia services and contribute positively to both the team and the customer’s experience.

In return you will be offered a starting salary of £21,660 for a full-time position plus great benefits including membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional day in December (this leave will be pro-rata for part-time staff).
