This is a great opportunity to be part of a very small but extremely proactive Facilities Team who are the first point of contact for our collegues and elected members seeking help and support within our buildings, enabling a safe envoiroment to carry the business of caring for our residents.


What it's like working in our team…

We are a very small team that depend and support each other, like cogs in a wheel.

We can go from extremely busy to not busy times but one thing is certain, we all work together to do what it takes to get the job done.



You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities and training…


Although we would expect good all round computer skills, preferably experience in opening and closing of buildings with a basic knowledge of DIY, we can build on the rest.


  • How to use our inhouse software to raise work for our outside contractors.
  • Understanding how our security pass system works.
  • How we raise purchase orders.


We will ensure we offer everything you need to be able and to feel capable in carrying out the role confidently and professionally.
