To work as a member of a team to provide high quality services which ensures the highest standard of customer care at Bridge Park Community Leisure Centre.
To deal with enquiries, bookings and casual admissions, process memberships and take payment for activities and invoices using a computerised booking system.
You will be able to demonstrate a competency of working in an administrative role. Capability in cash handling, customer relations and good computer skills are essential requirement of the post. Candidate will need to provide a warm and genuine welcome.
Dealing with customer queries both in person and on the telephone. Acting as a point of contact for customer queries. Providing a friendly straightforward service at the reception desk. Committed to providing excellent customer service.
