Full time, permanent post

The Governing Board is seeking to appoint a new leader to Hartford Church of England High School. As a school that is constantly improving and achieving, we are looking for a dynamic, resilient, compassionate individual able to lead a large and growing Church of England school into the next phase of our journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the community in Hartford and the surrounding area and to make a real difference to the lives of our pupils and their families.

School context:

We are an excellent learning community with an absolute determination to focus on continued improvement in all that we do.

Our decision to become a Voluntary Aided Church of England High School in 2012 ensures that we are unique in this geographical area. However, Church of England schools exist to serve their local communities and we are determined in our commitment to producing young people who are fit for the world. In fast changing, modern times we aim to underpin all that we do with Christian values seeking to live out the school motto ‘Caritas and Veritas’ in every aspect of our lives.

Hartford Church of England High School is a dynamic and vibrant school community, offering a very wide range of curricular and extra-curricular opportunities to allow our students to develop themselves in all aspects of their education.
