An enthusiastic Technical Support Officer is required to join the Regulatory Services Team. This is a part time position for 24 hours per week.

About the role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Technical Support Officer to work in the Council's Licensing and Health & Safety Team.

You will provide professional Licensing, Health & Safety, Food Safety and Environmental Protection (including Animal Welfare and Pest Control) advice and information to service users, signpost to other Council services, partners and external agencies and deliver an efficient licensing service, to improve the health and quality of life for those who live in, work in and visit the city. You will also provide administrative support to Environmental Health Officers and Licensing and Food Safety Officers.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
